I found Chris’ company on Instagram and decided to call him. To my surprise and delight, he answered the phone and agreed to come to the Desert Star to give us an estimate. Surprised again. He arrived as promised, carefully reviewed our property, and told me he would send an estimate. The estimate arrived promptly and we set a date for cleaning. His team of three showed up at the agreed time and methodically and carefully cleaned all of the windows in 6 studio apartments and our managers unit. They finished and left 5 hours later. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional, courteous and respectful of our historic property.

This morning I met Chris in person the first time. Chris sent reminders of our appointment in advance, arrived on time and in just a couple hours. He had all the right equipment and my windows are sparkling! I live in the windy part of Palm Desert and the winds and sand have been rediculous. Grateful for his efficiency and cleanliness!

I watched as they did the cleaning and their job was very professional and complete. They did not leave any mess behind! Their price is very fair for two people working nonstop 1 1/2 hours. Wes and his team are amazing. We have had dozens of contractors at our house over the years and Glow is by far my favorite. They broke down all services and materials in the initial quote and gave a timeline of what to expect on each day. We got quotes from competitors to replace our old wood awning and make some repairs to the structure, and they were very competitive based on the fact they could do more than any other awning specialists I spoke with about our project. It saved me having to use several different service providers in tandem for the same job. Wes and the team went above and beyond and we are already planning future projects. 5 stars all the way from quote to final execution.

My windows were extremely dirty & I contacted DSRT window cleaning. All my windows are not easily reached- some are very high- I would not say it was easy to clean them. The guys did a great job, they cleaned my windows and hung Christmas lights. They got to work right away, worked with me to get the "right" look. I'll be hiring them for my next window cleaning a of course hanging lights. Thank you, Christine
Chris, Miguel and Felipe did an amazing job cleaning all our large windows and sliding doors - interior and exterior. They were very friendly, punctual, got the work done quick, and left our house spotless. Big bonus points to giving our two dogs, who always likes to be nosey and get in the way of workers, lots of friendly attention and still got the work done quickly. Will def use them again!

I called and spoke with a friendly young man named Chris who took care of everything for me. The service was good and it was friendly and it was fast. They educated me on a few things about the windows and left everything sparkling clean
