Professional Window Cleaning in Palm Desert

We are new to the area and called around to get an estimate over the phone.  Chris was by far the most professional and straightforward.  The rates were competitive and he was able to fit us in on short notice.  Unbeknownst to us the previous homeowner had a bad tint job done on the windows that required more than the standard cleaning service.  Chris personally came out the day after the job was completed by his crew and painstakingly removed all the residue left from the poor tinting job.  There was an extra charge for the work to remove the tint residue but it was reasonable and necessary and totally worth it.  Although it took longer than anticipated he honored the price he quoted us. The results were phenomenal!  We have tons of sliders and windows cathedral height and now the views look clear and amazing. We have to be careful not to walk through our sliding glass! It was obvious the owner cares about service and customer satisfaction.  We are signing up for ongoing maintenance for our windows with Glow!

Chris and Michael are the best!! Punctual, respectful, tidy. They vacuumed out all our window tracks and cleaned the screen. The house looks amazing now! We decided to get on the recurring plan so we don’t even have to think about when it’s time to get the windows cleaned again, they just schedule it for us and call the week before. Highly recommend!

After they left I was surprised to see they did not clean the screens. That’s part of just exterior. $200.00 for 40 minutes is outrageous. Won’t use them again!
